Ya this has been a good year ( few years) for me , less that I've changed the way I looked, more that, mostly thanks to these forums, I've gotten over a ton of body issues and such. ( Still a ways to go, but like the light at the end of the tunnel is visible, and I never thought that light even existed !)
The beard thread helped slow this thread down, too.
