I don't think so. I think the store will show some things as in stock on a page, but when you try to add to cart it's actually out of stock. Best to check the individual item page.
Yeah, the same thing happened the other day for people with lookouts. It looked like you could buy them again, but when you tried to actually add them to cart and checkout it told you to talk to the hand.
I really wasn't trying to pull anyone's leg. I went to the second screen on both the Fightstick and Lookouts where I clicked on the item and I added to cart. I was fighting myself if I wanted to expand my pin collection and go for hobby pins. I decided not to place order but I swear it was in stock at the time I posted.

Gave in finally and got the last 7 pins I needed (with only Shadow Jago being a freebie). Only semi-forgiven the KI team for the mess ups and loss of interest on my part.

Was quite sad to catch this thread looking for whether there was going to be a season 2, and discovering that it definitely wasn't in the works. I mean, I had suspicions with several characters already out, but hey, can't take a man's dreams, right?
Really wish I could have gotten in on the ground floor of season 1. Seemed like a really interesting idea. I just wasn't aware it had existed at the time ... Ah well. I'll try my best to eventually complete season 1. Here's hoping other pins are slow to go out of stock on the PA store. :P
Yea, it would've been nice for late comers if they just had the challenges STAY active after they were put up. I mean, anyone who bought the Pin Ultimate months after release was basically fucked.
Hey, help a guy out. I just bought a complete Killer Instinct pin folio on eBay, I'm not sure if I overpaid/underpaid/got it spot on. All up the folio with all pins cost me $183.75 USD plus postage. Thoughts?

I think it's bad wording. I'm pretty sure they mean it includes multiple codes such that those are all the things you get.

This is just price gouging. I understand that it is signed and all that but come on, $700? Yeah it can be argued that it has some rare stuff like the Shadow Jago code which goes on eBay for $50 alone but still. I mean I have no interest in buying this since I have the whole set but I still think it is ridiculous.

Well part of the problem with it is arguably one of the problems with the whole concept -- to sell that they need to find someone who is equally hardcore about both Pinny Arcade and Killer Instinct, and i'm not sure that person really exists.
Maybe all those KI codes are worth a few hundred dollars to someone but to me they are worth nothing, so that bundle just looks like it costs three times what it's worth. The same probably goes for the hardcore KI player, who places little to no value on those silly pins.
I'm sure it's Microsoft setting the price on this one, plus throwing the "LIMITED EDITION WITH ONLY 7" on there I'm sure will con someone into getting it.

As it hasn't been mentioned here yet, surprisingly and delightfully, the KI panel confirmed they're making more KI pins, and previewed a Riptor portrait.
Personally, I am very excited about that.

I wanted to acknowledge this post without needlessly posting, but the only option I have is "Agree" and "Awesome", and neither of those seem right..
I'd prefer they just do sale only since the monthly challenges were so badly handled. I also don't like having rank specific challenges since I suck at KI. I did do the blocking one though, lol.

So if the fulfilment was handled properly and the difficulty curve of challenges appropriate, you wouldn't object to another season?
Those are the two main issues with Season One's run. Fix those and it becomes a good way to extend the engagement of casual players with the game.
I would love another season, i love the concept of play games, earn pins and would love to see it for even more games. Its been said to death at this point, but yes, more accessible challenges and better communication with whoever is running it NEEDS to happen. I ended up buying 75% of the pins because i just gave up on waiting and wanted the whole thing over and done with.

It has the full Season 1 and Season 2 codes. I think that along with whatever the KI Gold is will contribute to the price significantly.
