As much as I hate to say it, but I agree with shadowcars. Since these are being customized to have forum names on there, you should get your money up front. Set a date of when you cut off orders (for this batch, maybe more i. the future), then set a date of when the money is due.
If the forum names weren't being printed, any ole person could pick up a bag if some one else flakes.

I'm not interested in getting one, but this does make it so much easier to pick out forum Pinthusiasts at cons. Now I can stalk all of you from a great distance.

Basically to get paid on PayPal you need to give them your PayPal email address. The best way to do that would be to message everyone that said they want a bag. You could send a mass PM and just say pay to this email address and ensure that they choose payments to friends and family so no fees will be incurred. PayPal will work well if the site you are ordering from accepts PayPal. That way they can just accept payment through your PayPal balance. If they don't, transferring funds to your bank account will take a couple of days.

Simply google "Paypal stole my money" to figure out why I hate them.
I know some people who had a lot of money mysteriously "locked" because of suspicious activity.
I also had a good phone call with some of them Friday night of PAX

The problem with that is you have to have a gmail account. I don't and I already have enough email addresses. Remember, I am old and easily confused!

Simply send someone a PM like normal, except in the "Recipients" area, type in someone else's name. It will suggest people for you. Click on the correct person. Then type someone else's name. Repeat, profit.
After you message everyone, if you'd like to add someone to the conversation, there should be an option to the left of the message page.
Hell I could message everyone for you if it makes it easier.

Just a heads up to everyone. I did talk to Brian at South. They are making an official Pin Trading bag, complete with embroidered logo and pin pages. I don't know when it will be available, he just said they were working on one.
It should be a much nicer (and more expensive) bag than this one; however it is not available now (I like immediate gratification!), and doesn't have our forum name on it.
If you said you wanted this bag, and changed your mind, that is fine. I don't want anyone upset because PA came out with a cooler bag after they got this one!

No one profiting from this doesn't make it not copyright infringement (i.e. Commercial/non-commercial use is only one of four factors to fair use). One person doing it on their own I can see the guys just being like "cool." This many people going in on it and they may be less cool with it. I don't know them personally, but just saying from personal legal experience.

If you are doing them through Cafe Press, is it an item you can just set up & people can just pay directly?
And pureval, it looks like its heavy duty military style canvas so it should handle pins fine.
