How is nobody talking about the Thanksgiving episode yet?
Holy mother of god.
Yeah, uh, I really don't know where they're going with this. This seems too big an event to pass by with no consequences. Also, it's not like any of the characters other than the McPoyles or Rickety Cricket are ones people are likely to miss (and how much lower could Cricket go, anyway?).

He's considering giving up an eye. He can go lower.

the depth perception jokes
dennis always wanting people to sign creepy documents
the overly on the nose literal metaphors
charlie cooking anything ever
dennis and mac going "how're we gonna get this eye" instead of apologizing
frank setting fire to the money
asking cricket to give up his eye
this is getting confusing we're in way too many beefs I cant keep up
and of course the ending
I'm always thrilled when Always Sunny goes too dark, and holy shit, that ending was dark. Didn't realize we were in for a short season, but considering how quality most of these episodes were, it's all good. I'm horrified thinking about Cricket's next appearance though.
Part of me thinks that McPoyles just don't burn, so they're probably fine.
See, I feel like the Gang locking people in a burning apartment is out of character for most of them (or at least for Mac and Charlie).

it's not out of character for them to listen to dennis, though
I didn't find that to be the funniest ep this season but I liked the feel of it, and I really liked the ending. with the lingering happy thanksgiving, something so out of character for the show, until you go oh right there's people possibly burning to death behind those words.
Dennis: Dee, I swear you would be of more use to me if I skinned you and turned your skin into a lampshade or fashioned you into a piece of high-end luggage. Add you to my collection.
Dee: Are you saying you have a collection of skin luggage?
Dennis: Of course not, Dee. Think of the smell. You haven’t thought of the smell, you bitch! You say another word and I swear to God I will dice you into a million little pieces and put those pieces in a box, a glass box that I will display on my mantel.

It wasn't a true one shot (the front door closing a few times were the cuts) but man
That was pretty unreal

Though I guess only that chunk was supposed to be one shot? So yeah, nevermind. But it's still bookended by the front doors

It is always tough to remember that the troglodytes we see are played by very clever people writing the plots and the dialogue or at least planning and executing the timing and flow of the scenes.
It's funny that they went with a Detectives homage and sorta ended up with a Birdman parody. As soon as I heard the jazz I was sure they somehow saw an early cut of Birdman.

Amazon's how I do it. Just went ahead and bought the whole season at SD quality (looks perfectly fine to me) for $16. The eps seem to come out the day after they air on cable.
who watched? I called the ending off the bat (the very ending) and had a great time all the way through. very outside the box, almost the entire episode were in places we haevn't seen

Instead we get insane rationalization that what they did was okay.
Amazing.

I just watched last night's episode.
That was amazing.
This last episode. This was nuts. I feel tired just from watching it.
It was like a symphony of Charlie-work and rage.
been a phenomenal season so far, not that I am at all surprised.
It was actually a True Detective homage (kind of). Birdman hadn't come out when they shot it.

but they sure did pull one over on the standards and practices people.
Holy shit this episode. That conversation at the restaurant table was uncomfortable as shit.

That cannot be correct.

I was laughing way too much during the last ensemble number. I'm a bad person.
Come Overwatch with meeeee
That ending though. Christ, I can't believe they went through with it.
The ski episode was amazing
On leprechaun episode now
