Can't do anything on my end. If you can take one of his home planets with your War Sun fleet he can't score more VP without recapturing it, but I think he might be winning ties right now too, and IR is in the next draw.
I've got nothing. I don't think we can do anything else about the Yssaril, since all of the other potential Strategy Card shifters (both Action Card and Political Card) are in the discard piles.

Is this officially over, then? I'd love to write about my thoughts and such on the game, but I don't want to do anything prematurely if anyone has something they still want to try...
If no-one has any other AC to prevent the strategy choice,
or any AC to prevent the primary ability of the strategy from being activated,
and if these don't exist in the deck ( @MrBlarney who checked this round),
or perhaps if there's not a way of picking a PC that fixes this (give me 2 points perhaps?),
then the Yssaril wins as soon as he activates their strategy.
Regardless of whether Yssaril can block the Assembly strategy card, I don't think there's a way to move VPs in a way that Yssaril can't declare victory with his first turn in the Action Phase. But so it goes: I'll select (3) Assembly free up other peoples' options. @jakobagger to declare how he will convert the bonus counters from selection of (6) Warfare II and @faintpremonition to select the next Strategy Card.

I think that's a fair assumption. I'll leave some time in case any other players want to play Action Cards during the phase and post a game state update otherwise in about 24 hours.
In addition, @jakobagger, I noticed that all of your command counters have already been allocated, so the bonus counters from Warfare II will be converted into Trade Goods instead. Sound good?
