I am 99% sure that I will get the bags on Wednesday evening; if is I will have them to distribute any time on Thursday. If you are on the chat, contact me if you want yours on Thursday (that is, on Thursday contact me when/where is good for you - I will accommodate if I can). For sure I will be in the Westin Thursday evening.

May if you are going to be at prime, I'll just pick mine up there and save us the headache of shipping (assuming that I'm able to get a badge, that's never protected)

Sadly this didn't happen, because everyone was too bloody knackered after Omegathon. I'm thinking to do it pre-PAX from now on. Plus they will all be nicely filled with Pins.

I just want to say thank you to Maywest for doing this. They are going to be such a big help for each PAX, and the names on them is a good aid for those who forget because brain.
Maywest, thanks again for letting me pick up the last spare bag! I really enjoyed using it Saturday! I switched back to the backpack on Sunday because I had to pick up t-shirts and a hoodie and toys for my son so I needed the extra space, but I got multiple compliments Saturday about the pin bag and it will be even more awesome once I load it up with my pins.
Everyone seemed to like the bags at East. I have 13 that I need to mail out. I will be contacting each of you individually to ensure I have the correct address, and if you haven't paid shipping, I will let you know how much that is (I will figure that out this weekend).
For those that missed this order, I am willing to do another order in late July, early August, so people can pick up their bags at Prime. If you are interested in a bag, let me know, so I can get an estimate on what the price will be.
I apologize to everyone. I was wrong about the shipping. The bag is more substantial that I expected (a good thing) so it will not fit into the smallest shipping box (a bad thing). This resulted in shipping costing more than I anticipated.

@Maywest it's best to pack all the stuff going to Aus in one shipment, and have them resend everything from there. Usually I send to @manic2k or @Duckie because they are awesome.

Well yes. Just from a "lowest shipping cost" perspective, one heavier package making the long haul and then splitting into smaller ones is noticeably cheaper than multiple light packages all doing the 10,000 mile trek.
Got my bag today & it is even better than I thought it would be. Fits my big pin trading binder perfectly and has a bunch of handy zip pockets. Thanks again @maywest
