Actually, I just remembered: duels are just another popularity vote, only with just two choices. So it would make it kind of redundant to have our top two kill votes duel each other, since it is unlikely for our votes to change.

Rhaegar was never king. He died before his father.

Are you suggesting, and I just want to be clear here, that we elect, quite independently of the official mechanics, 7 people, to try the bandwagon candidates and decide who will be the one to die? And that everyone goes along with it?
