Hatch chilis are a thing mostly unknown outside the Southwest

They are also called Mexican Green Chilis and were cultivated at the University of New Mexico. They have a spicy and smoky taste that evokes garlic, making it unnecessary to add garlic to stews, sauces, and soups that include them.


If you are cooking with peppers and don't want to have your face explode from heat while still getting a generously spicy taste, give these a try!

    Hatch Chiles are real legit.

    There are a couple places in the city where you can buy them, generally at great cost compared to what people in Texas/Arizona/New Mexico pays for them.

    @STATE OF THE ART ROBOT MTG is very close to the big crunch that every other nerd community went through.

    They need to make a choice: support shitlords and make money off of them or broaden the community and be less shitlord.
