Lady Sif and I went to a Chili's for the first time in a long time one Saturday afternoon a few weeks back, and it was a lot better than I remembered.
Chili's was pretty great back when they had the 2-for-$20 and then the drinks and desert.
For less than $40 you got two margaritas, an appetizer, two entries, and a desert. And the margaritas were big so they came with a little side-shaker with the rest in it.
Cici's: Better Than Chuck E. Cheese, Which Isn't Saying Much
Yeah, but nobody goes to Chuck's for the pizza. At Cici's, the pizza is the only thing there.
My local Cici's has an arcade, too.
But at least I can get a spinach pizza at Cici's and keep that down. The crap at C.E.C. (more like CDC amirite) is so greasy and awful I don't even want to think about it.

Also, I got some little mac and cheese bites from WinCo the other day. They are pretty good cooked up in the toaster oven.

Cici's is actively, deliberately low quality, cheap pizza. Like, that's completely different.
Bad pizza is salvageable. Cheap pizza....man I just don't even.
Like you could offer to buy me Cici's and I'd be like, "I'd rather go to Food Lion and buy a store brand frozen pizza and microwave it and eat that."
If you offered me Chuck E Cheese's I'd just be like, "better sweeten that pot with some ski ball."
