I noticed that pretty much every furry comic has multiple species of animal people all peacefully cohabiting except when they're fighting each other split strictly down species lines… what's that about?
Is that one with the 20’s prohibition cat people still the only one where there's just a single species of fur-folk and no humans?
Honestly, the argument of "Is it furry?" is interchangeable with "Do I think it is shit or not" because that's the only real divide.
Nobody questions if Twokinds or that weird comic Owenashi is always posting are furry comics, because they're bad and pretty much nobody likes them.
Typically when someone brings up "Furry comics" it's in reference to mediocre/fetish porn comics that nobody likes.
As such, people will come up with whatever rules they can think of to explain why that comic they like that, which is populated mostly by funny animal people, isn't furry because reasons.
Also, Lackadaisy's characters don't have that Disny Robin Hood sort of proportions to their body which is a pretty big requisite for being defined as furry
