    or youkai I guess, the spelling in english is one of those ambiguous things

    Persona 5 technically but we don't have a release date for that yet. FF7 inspires the most excitement just because it's actually happening. Fire Emblem Fates was bumped a bit low with the news that we'd be getting the Pokemon version of the game too (two sides of the same story).

    Etrian Odyssey is a really punishing dungeon-crawler with bosses that move around the map and hunt you and other fun stuff

    if getting chased down and killed by giant evil deer sounds like a good time you'll enjoy it

    Still haven't played the first Nier yet. I have it, it's right in front of me, but I'd need to set up my 360 and y'know FFXIV and Rune Factory 4 seem a little more demanding of my time.

    This one I'm more familiar with because one of my friends really super loves the character designs

    also super punishing on a turned based thing sounds fine for a commute game

    etrian odyssey is not for everyone
    it is fairly hard and sometimes it can feel grindy, but if you like dungeon crawling it's great

    To be clear, I'm going to play Fire Emblem most. Probably going to like it most. But I expected Fire Emblem. I understand Fire Emblem. It's a calm appreciation.

    Nier 2 by Platinum just fires up my brain's madness corners and makes me very confused.
