Can't access a specific thread anymore

For some reason, trying to open a link to this thread opens a "The connection was reset" page with Firefox and "This Webpage is unavailable" with Chrome.

i'm really confused as to what can cause a single thread to no longer work.

Thanks in advance for troubleshooting advice.

Edit: Turns out it's a specific page of that thread that doesn't work for me: Page 17.

I'd laugh if it was because it saw the vb script or the del /blah command via a simple substring search
