yeah, but that's fun to me, and you can't really get anything quite like it
like, I can get pure anime bullshit anywhere, if I wanted, but I can't get pure anime bullshit + donald duck casting spells anywhere else
Yeah, but, like, the reason I really like Donald, Goofy and Mickey in those games is because they integrate those Disney characters with the actual story. You get to pal around with them instead of having them quarantined in barebones plots that don't matter.
There's so much potential in the crossover stuff, but so far all they've done with that is, "Hey, remember this story you've seen before? Do that again. This plot will never be relevant outside of this story and you'll never see these characters again." One of the few exceptions to that is the stuff with Hercules' world and also Maleficent. And coincidentally, those are some of my favorite Disney elements of the KH games.
I don't want them to ditch the Disney stuff. I want them to ditch the way they've been integrating the Disney stuff.

Disney's insistence on not having Disney worlds interact is a huge issue, it's Jeff's biggest complaint with Infinity as well

I just think all of the various Disney worlds to date have been incredibly unoriginal and boring
The writing is poor and the locations largely uninspired
Although to be fair I largely think this about the FF cast too
All the fanservice is awkward and poorly done imo
