    yeah, maybe

i think it's too obvious, though, so i'm hoping they won't go that route

it's just to lower your guard for the second twist, which is that the audio log referring to the wanderer from the 21st century being a robot with false memories actually referred to your spouse, not you

so where did you come from?

    She's malfunctioning. You're a hallucination.

A hallucination with a gun and a short temper.

So I've been appreciating Galak-Z at a distance

It sounded neat enough, but the gameplay was just never really doing it for me

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EUq1jwl79Y

This new Quick Look sold me on the game within seconds of the gameplay starting up

The mech stuff was EXACTLY what I was missing in that game

    Now it looks excellent

I'm gunna wait to hear from people about the controls, maybe check out some reviews

Space games like that aren't normally my bag but the progression roguelite elements and what looks like the potential to back away and take combat at your own pace seem real appealing

See the rogue lite elements and difficulty curve stuff in that game are what makes it sound less than great to me.

Just beat Journey, that was a very nice game, just very pleasant.

I take it at the end you:
Die in the snow, your spirit finishes the Journey, and then you are reincarnated?

At least, that's how I read things.

    I interpreted it as
receiving divine intervention at the last moment before death
but I think I like your interpretation more

Apparently I still had $10 in my ps wallet from like 5 years ago even though Sony kept emailing me saying I would lose it. That's nice.

    Whoa, really?

    Yep

Andrew Hussie hired them to make the homestuck game, they jerked him around for a long time, and eventually he took them to court to get what was left f the budget back. They claimed to only have a certain amount left, but at the same time they pumped a ton of money into kings quest that seemed to come out of nowhere

That's the gist anyway, I'm a little shaky in the details and hussie has asked the person who publicized that info to take it down out of respect for his NDA regarding the settlement

I mean the honestuck game is still on track to launch this year, Hussie founded his own game studio to get it out the door

All they did was delay it and possibly make it a worse game since it doesn't have its full budget

This afternoon, Mrs Rhesus tried out Rocket League.

Two hours later, I'm making the half hour round trip in the driving rain to our local shopping centre to pick up a second controller so we can play together.

I only called her a name once, when she snuck up behind me to steal a goal.
