I think if at all possible we should have people bring cash to this, since the bill is going to be... hefty arguably, and idk if they'll want to do 30 different tabs.

@darkinfero do you know if we'd have a time limit with the room? I assume people could trickle in later if they had to (Like I know some people came late to the East one). Just food for thought I guess.
No time limit at all. They just told me we have to hit that 1k minimum for the room.

If you are doing it in cash, really try to come in with bills other than just 20s.
