About goddamned time. I'm pretty excited for this, as should be anyone that uses gmail and has several computers and maybe an iPhone.

Oh sweet, this means I can hook it up to outlook and not have it try to download every single mail in my archive?

Profile -> Signature Settings -> Hide signatures always. Then you don't have to read this worthless text anymore.

Well, you can probably set up Outlook to do that.

The big thing is, you can sync your outlook and gmail folders. So, a message won't show up as new on both outlook and gmail. I have my phone set up so that when I delete a message from my inbox there, on gmail, it gets moved to the "all mail" folder from my inbox.

So uh, has anyone gotten the option under their Gmail Settings yet? Apparently I should be able to see it by now, but I don't.

I don't see it either. I read Google's help forum thing and Google said they're rolling it out over the next few days.

A few users at a time is typically how google rolls our new features.

I remember when Gmail first came out and people were fighting for invites to it. Heh, Now it's like everyone has 99 of them left. ^^
