It appears Proto Kid travels by burrowing from place to place, much like an earthworm. Never change, Proto Kid.

Protokid makes me LOL. I think it's the placement of the pupils, pointing in different directions. I just crack up every time I see him. It.

a) Holy biscuits that's a big bonfire... No way this is going to end well
b) Man Proto-kid is so creepy... Dude is just wrong.
c) Love the look on Seventeen and Brian's faces in panel 3.

Despite the obvious Gollum references, I choose to read Proto Kid's lines in the voice of Mr. Popo.

@MisterGunPowder
Personally I prefer reading it in the voice of Babe the pig

Seventeen doesn't have the blue around her pupils. Is it just because its dark? I don't recall it happening in earlier comics. Great strip btw.

I can't find the kitty. Maybe it's because my phone has bad colors when the image is dark, but I don't see it anywhere

So is the bonfire going to be so huge that even Malachi can see it?

If Proto-Kid's real name isn't Jimmy I'm going to be really disappointed.

Can't see if he's evil, trying to set a trap or a misunderstood fella because he looks & acts creepy who is trying to be helpful.
Will be interesting if we get to learn about his background.
