Why does Enforcer application require needing a W-2? It isn't an issue, I am honestly just a curious person naturally, and when I read that, it made my curious bug start itching.

How much of a time commitment is there outside of the event itself?

The minimum requirement is that you work 3 ~6 hour shifts over the course of the weekend (2 shifts if you're assigned to nights). Anything outside of that is entirely optional.

Is it PAX <insert nearest future PAX here> yet?

Plus you are expected to check the #E forums at least weekly as the show gets closer, else you may miss important info.

I never knew this was a paid job. Woulda loved to have volunteered but since I'm not a US Citizen I guess that's not possible?

While it might be extremely difficult to do in such a short time, the US does allow legally visiting aliens to find temporary employment. I have never gone through the process, but, you would have to get a work visa.

I would think an H-2B would be applicable. (But, probably not worth your time and effort, unless you just really wanted to do it.)
