rename the Monkey Den so folks realize by looking at the title that it is an on topic forum meant for administrative announcements, bug reports and suggestions. The name "Monkey Den" really makes it seem like it's something that it's not. People aren't going to look at the hover information (and in some instance, they can't see it anyway).

Yeah. If we bump it up one step into the Administration section (which you can't see unless you have access to a forum there), it might work better.

Then Ramius renamed it so that people would feel more open to posting in there.
