Assuming Opera is correct I definitely like Dice for quantum as the last one. I think that "Row" could have supposed to have been the second word for "Tailor" based on "Savile Row". Dice works with quantum because it connects with probability and specifically the famous Einstein quote.
Furthermore, with only one red word left, I think that we would have only been given a two clue if we had already discussed the right third word. That limits us to either "Bill" or "Dice". With Internet being taken off the board with Opera I think dice makes more sense.
With my clues you got them mostly in the end. Opera was Internet due to the browser. Tailor was Row for a weak connection to sewing in rows and a reference to the apparently not internationally famous London Tailors of Saville Row. You were completely right on Quantum being Dice and Microscope as I also missed the James Bond connection. I'd got chemical bonds stuck in my mind while I avoided microscope clues that would reference it. The assassin was Horn which I thought made Brake a bit of a risk from the other team. And I was extremely grateful when they stumbled onto Grace as I was clueless as to how to hook that to anything.

Finally got to play a few games of this in person the other night and had a great time, would love to get in on some forum action as well.
ROW (Blue) SUIT (Blue) DICE (Blue) OPERA (Blue) IRON (Bystander)
GREEN (Red) TABLET (Blue) RING (Blue) QUEEN (Bystander) AMERICA (Red)
CENTER (Red) MINT (Bystander) DRILL (Red) BOARD (Bystander) SCHOOL (Blue)
FISH (Red) HORN (Assassin) CAR (Red) CRANE (Bystander) BOND (Bystander)
TEMPLE (Red) BILL (Bystander) GRACE (Blue) PART (Red) MICROSCOPE (Blue)
I can start another low-tech game since I do still have my board-generating script. But no images for another two days, since I'm still out of town. I'll get Game 7 going tonight, but feel free to continue posting signups until then.

would it be alright for players to create a visual one or would that ruin things in someway? (not sure how it would but never know)
Next thing your going to say is that dress is white and gold. The drills are green. you MIGHT call them teal, but more green then blue. that entire list was difficult. Most everything that was red had something on the board i needed to avoid. (like America + green I was going to say dollar but i didnt want you to say bill, car and parts, but i had to avoid horn and iron, etc).
Also, all you had to do was google the word makita and 90% of the images on the page are green and black.

Anyway, we should have definitely pulled opera for Internet. I don't know how I didn't pull that until we got the last clue.
Looking at the board I can see why it was really hard to find any clues better than 2. Thankfully we were able to play good enough defense to get five clues.

I mean technically the game's not over until we know for sure whether Crane was it, right?
So its blue teams turn again.
Yeah, I mean afterwards.
Holy crap.

I think we should go with Row first, then Opera. Aaaand...we'll see from there? Maybe Dice for Quantum?

Dice is blue.
Got to rush but I'll explain my thinking later. Suffice to say it was a bloody tough board.

funny , wasn't sure what he meant, but @zombie hero mentioned lot of green also
At best you could say there's no consensus but blue is the color.
Are you color blind by chance? See the OP of this and the confusion he "causes" :P

Blue Team has the first turn of the game; Professor Phobos to provide the first clue.
Square, Pool and Glass would be next best based on things that a building could have.
edit: or maybe Skyscraper first, that's the most buildingest building there ever was. But yeah, it should really be those three.
