I got six boxes and a lot of Gabe and Frank. Which, normally, no such thing as too much Frank, but I was really hoping for a Jim. At least I've got good material to trade! (Having a kid in four weeks... Must resist urge to order several cases...)

I ordered 2 cases (and 2 were listed on the packing slip), but only 1 came yesterday. Has anybody else seen an order split across multiple boxes (that didn't all arrive at the same time), or should I be worried?
iirc, @evanephrine has a roomie that also ordered 2 and only got 1 so far.

Is it my imagination or is Cinnabon appearing to be rarer than Epilogue Polaroid? I've noticed a number of people getting 2 EPs from 1 case. I have yet to see someone finding more than one Cinnabon in a case.

I sent an email to the customer service account last week when you said, and one on Monday morning from a different account (in case my email was being blocked). I also sent an initial email last Monday to merch@penny-arcade.com (as that was the email on the invoice in the package). I'm still yet to hear back and I'm worried I'm just missing the emails somehow. Should I have expected a reply by now?

How quickly do you usually get replies back? I sent an email 4 days ago and haven't heard anything yet.
Me neither. No email or arrivals. I went with the cheapest shipping option, so 3-6 weeks, I'm looking for something in my inbox by mid-November.
