I just couldn't believe it when I saw the news this morning. It seemed to come out of nowhere. This year sucks.
I also realized that of all the movies he's done, I've only seen 6 of them if you don't count all the Harry Potter movies. I suppose I should correct that.
David Bowie: 69
Alan Rickman: 69
Lemmy: Squeaked by to 70

Guess how old Tim Curry is?
He also had a pretty severe stroke not too long ago.
Dammit, our hearts can take so much hurt at one time.
David Gilmour is another 69 year old british man loved in america.
Someone hold me, I'm scared.
Seriously though Rickman was one of my favorite actors. I found out today my mom has not seen a single movie he's been in, so watching a few of them with her this weekend.

I love Dara O Briain's tweet about Rickman's passing: (paraphrasing) Not a big believer in the afterlife but I hope that, right now, Hans Gruber is on a beach somewhere, earning 20%.
Another great aspect of Rickman was his dedication to the stage. Daniel Radcliffe noted that Rickman attended every stage performance he ever performed, irrespective as to whether it was on in the UK or the States.
Rest in peace, Mr. Rickman - you're one of my all time favourite villains - and that makes you something of a hero in my book.

Anyway, Tim Currey can't die.
Not as long as you believe in him.
Firefly autoplayed after GQ finished, so I guess I'll be up a couple more hours.
How... how is that actually possible?
