East coast is gonna get blasted, no gas station in my area has any gas, shit's weird folks.

I've already got the weekend off and I'm going to take my kids out and make some snowmen and drink, unless the power goes out. Then we bake!

How's predictions by you? Snow plans?

    Isn't the Weather Channel literally the only place that really names winter storms, and actual meteorological organizations have told them to knock it off?

    There was some speculation that we might get hit, but the last couple days it seemed we would miss the brunt of it and now it's, "Maybe some flurries, but no accumulation."

    It'd be interesting to see the impact on my company's shipping, but I don't work with those numbers.

    I live in Northwest Indiana. Usually by this time of the year we've had 2 or 3 blizzards. It was 60 through most of December, and now its just really crazy cold but no snow.

    I always get annoyed when people laugh at how Texans react to snow, but seriously, we do not have the infrastructure to deal with anything like that. If it snows in central Texas, consider businesses and schools and etc. shut down.

    In Mass, it was going to Snowmageddon, but now it might be some flurries but probably not. This is fine by me, cause fuck snow. It's been really cold though, but I will take frigid over snow. Fuck snow.

    My wife is in Thailand though and it's like 80something so fuck her too.
