So I picked this up for cheap and it turns out my Yu-Gi-Oh! skills are even rustier than I imagined.
It seems every character has or is supposed to have a deck with some neat combo going for it, but when I put one together for myself I can't see the combos for the trees so I just settle for a bunch of fairly powerful monsters and a whole bunch of monster removal spells and traps and call it a day.

Problem is I don't have any of those consoles.
Also I haven't tried one of those PC fan made games. But it's good there is going to be a videogame that includes Pendulum cards.

I hope it gets brought over here. I used to have a 5D game for the DS, but lost it, and have been hankering for a new one ever since, the iOS game just isn't doing a great job of tiding me over.
This year’s Jump Festa is just full of announcements. EDIT: Er, made an error on release date for Duel Links. Sorry.
A Mobile game, YGO Duel Links, is slated for a Spring 2016 release.
A 3DS game is slated for a Summer 2016 release in Japan.
A PC game is slated for a Winter 2016 release in Japan.
Guess all that money spent on Kojima has Konami exploiting YGO lately. New movie trailer:

Some decks are pretty cheap. Turn 1 Ophion is bull.

I want to make a Gemini/Tuner deck. That Lv9 dragon looks interesting.

How recent are they?
The only good modern incarnations of the game are the fan-made PC game and the Japan-only Konami Vita games.
That one looks decent. Here's a 2 hour playthrough:

Would be nice if Aromage could be DLC'd in.

They use Wind-Up Factory - which hasn't been restricted because lolkonami - to turn their entire deck into a searchable toolbox, then Wind-Up Shark, Wind-Up Rat, Tour Guide From the Underworld, etc, to access any level 3, 4 or 5 XYZ summons it wants.
