    the only healer i've ever played on a regular basis has been kayle because i love having the ability to split push, tear down towers, be aggressive as shit, barely save my insane teammates, and enable the execution of really stupid plays that would never work without an invulnerability shield, a bunch of aoe damage, a nice heal, and disgusting amounts of bacon, melted cheese, and fried jalapenos heaped on top of two juicy burgers holy fucking shit i'm so hungry right now

    Raka's heal is now weaker unless she Qs you. The whole point was to force her to actually be in a place to get hit if she wants to have a good heal. I think it's a good change. It may be too strong numberwise, but it forces her to do more than sit in the back, which is good.
