Unfortunately, no confirmation other than the message saying your answers were submitted, and the paypal confirmation.

Will the coins be in clear capsules or should I go ahead and order some for my coins now? I remember the one year we had them with phoenix but they had a large sticker on one side that didn't come off clean.

They come in plastic pouches that say Kiddercorp at the bottom. They're not bad, but I have had some break on me.
