Hi and welcome. You should do the quick signup for an account on www.pinnypals.com which is a community site that helps people to set up trades. It has a trading post area where you can put specific trades out there that you are looking to make. I think that if you post it, you will find someone out there who will trade ETC or Overwatch common for Teemo (Hearthstone Cards are a little bit rarer than the other two these days, but might still be findable).
The description says the bag is 5x7 inches and is very small. Two that size would probably fit into the pinny pals bag. Might be too small. Document cases with foam core board inside to hold pins was in use a lot at the community trading events. They'll fit into the pinny bag.

I'm looking for a little clarification on the staff trading events at the PAX expos. Is the two trade limit per staff member or per attendee (i.e. us forum members)?

The only people with trading limitations are PA staff members (ie the people behind the tables at the staff trading event). Their rule is as follows: two per person per day. The only other exception is when you have Enforcers with PA owned lanyards (Line Entertainment team, hooray!), in which case they also use staff rules and will clearly let you know this. You may or may not find these [E] at every PAX (for instance, there weren't Line Entertainment teams at South this year). Anyone else trading from their personal collections, anything goes! The default rule is 1 to 1 trade, pinny for pinny, but we have seen trades happen in many different ways! It's pretty common to trade multiple less valuable pin for a more valuable one, but you could also do a non-pinny for a pinny, other merch for a pinny, and the rare banana for a pinny. Hope that answers your question!
OK I see what you mean now. Once the two trade limit has been reached, there can be no more trades between me and that particular staff member on that day. But that staff member can trade with someone else, and/or I can trade with a different staff member.

He is the only owner of it so he got the best score in the game and won it. Someone came up to him at PAX East a few weeks ago and offered him $200 cash in hand. He declined. Honestly I think I would've taken the cash myself, but to each his own.

The Pin Trader has always made it about money. Find someone with a hobby and you will always find someone else attempting to monetise it and take advantage.
