so do these combos make Guile OP? I got nuked for thinking these might be hard to execute in real matches, apparently because links are 3 frames it's all ezpz forever.

Every character can do 600+ damage using full v trigger and full ex meter
those guile ones require corner to link after the second boom

i dont think its an issue
I think people are more just hyped up that Guile can do such a massive combo. A 36 hit combo for Guile would have been unheard of in SFIV, for example.
The thing to keep in mind with any character and any combo is practicality, both in terms of resources required and the necessary skill and circumstance to pull it off. I ain't 'fraid of no combo video stuff. Characters are good because of their options, not their theoretically possible combos. At the end of the day, Guile is still a zoner in a game that, for the moment at least, seems reasonably unfriendly to zoners.
Besides, Street Fighter is weird, now. Last month, Guile didn't even exist. Next month, we'll have someone shiny and new. Good luck pinning down what's legitimately OP for the first year of this thing. The closest thing there is to a consensus seems to be "the longer we've had access to a character, the stronger we think that character is."

Guile can't even do what other characters can do in terms of combo damage without using tons of resources to pull it off. I mean, look at Ryu. He can do his command HK (the two-hit axe-kick) to start into ridiculous combo shenanigans, AND he has all the various tools that any character could ask for. The only real practical combo for Guile is j. light cross up into cr. Jab > cr. Jab > Flash Kick.
What Guile DOES have though is a a ridiculous repetoire of ridiculously good tools and assets to keep him in the game. Before he was good with the ability to walk along his sonic boom; now it's ridiculous enough that he get almost 2 character lengths ahead of his light sonic boom; it's so funny to see. There's also the fact that while it's technically not invincible without meter, regular flash kicks do have some priority things going on with it that makes it go through some stuff like fireballs and certain pokes, making it a real good "Get off me" action when playing defense.
He also has like, seven different kinds of pokes with his normals, and one of the best normal AAs in the game (cr. Fierce). So Guile is definitely a scary character, but unless you can corner your opponent and get in those V-Trigger shenanigans, you aren't gonna be doing 600 damage combos.
it's crossup tatsu, not overhead tatsu. there's a couple of setups iirc. i think it's only in the corner you can get some dirty ambiguous crossup/no crossup shenanigans going
He was probably in awe. I imagine he tried to jab out for the first 10 hits and then just set the stick down and lit a cigarette, wondering if he should do more with his life.
Definitely makes the game look more fun than any of the trailers have.
The characters still look flat and lifeless up close, but at a distance the effect is actually pretty nice. The animation isn't Darkstalkers good, but I'm enjoying it.

If they fixed those generic stock asset special effects it could look pretty good.

X-Factor became V-Trigger and some characters have MvC flavor. Bison has some of Dormamu and Birdie a little of Ghost Rider.
But it's more ground-based.
Maybe they add Advancing Guard later. :P

Tonight Humanbomb, Gamerbee and Poongko will attend SF Crash. It will also feature team SpiritZero, friends of Infiltration.

It contains a gif image of Ken's tatsu being used as an overhead. The text is in Korean and I cannot grasp the translation from Bing.
