In all honesty tho I haven't seen a lot of new "in fashion" summer footwear for men. Go with what you like and what's comfortable as long as it's not those damnable flip flops forever curse whoever invented them
I'm usually at the glowy pale area, and I love wearing bright colours
that does not change the fact I look awful in red
mainly because I'm a filthy ginger
edit: I DO look good in neon green tho. I have a great shirt from the Chicago aquarium with an octopus on the front that practically glows in the dark along with me

I don't have any good tools for it though. All my steak knives are already blunted from my previous belt.
For mine I just bored a hole with that long thin blade on my swiss army knife, then jammed the pin through it. Isn't pretty, but it gets the job done.

It is a shame because it is a nice blue and grey pattern, and I think ties look sharp.
