World Naked Bike Ride Columbus is our city’s branch of the world’s largest naked event promoting cycling in the history of humanity. Columbus has been home to the World Naked Bike Ride since 2010. WNBR is a nude or “bare as you dare” large group bicycle ride staged as a type of political theatre to protest the prevailing car culture and dependence on fossil fuels. We wear nothing to demonstrate the perils cyclists put themselves at risk of everyday (flesh vs. steel) when we face unsafe, uneducated, drivers in an infrastructure that is centered on automobiles instead of pedestrian and bicycle traffic. We wear our smiles because we are on our bikes and that makes anyone smile, and we are naked and in seeing all types of people and bodies we see that all bodies are beautiful for what makes them different because we are all people, we are all important, and we all have a story. We ride because we care about ourselves and our city and our environment, it’s a protest, and also a celebration, it’s an intention.

This month I intend to take it easy. I've blocked out some weekends, no big events, etc etc.
That lasted about 3 days and then it was "oh dang we should do a thing"
So on Friday the 15th we're hosting a benefit fundraiser for the Orlando shooting victims and their families. DJs, silent auction, split the pot, and a kissing booth. If anyone wants to donate to the Pulse Victims fund and use our hashtag #LoveLives, that would be very encouraging to me and my volunteers.
It's good to be back - I self-b& for a week because of spending too much time on the forums, and it was illuminating but I pretty much just increased my Reddit and Facebook consumption proportionally -_-'

The premise is, through a series of misunderstandings, some college kids out on a trip to the woods think the local hillbillies are trying to kidnap and murder them, starting with them fishing and seeing one of the girls slip off a rock, knock herself out, and almost drown (so they take her back to the cabin until they can get help)
One thing in the movie I'm sad about was
"why didn't you go get help? what the fuck is wrong with you, we live in a civilization!"
although as the sheriff indicated before he tragically accidentally killed himself, it's likely they'd both go down for murder because no jury would buy the crazy story
