Got some Choice of Games stuff to support a pal who works there, a few $2-4 horror games I'd heard were great, Shovel Knight, TIS-100, and the Pillars of Eternity expansions. Also got a couple people gifts!

I feel like driving to get a burger to cure this. Not that there aren't burgers within walking distance, but having a car to use is fun so I'm using it as much as possible
I do love the Dead Space chapter name thing. Straight up telling the player the twist in a way most people won't notice.
More games need old fashioned titles that just describe the entire plot.

i mean at the level of complexity its at i would call it more of a car themed jigsaw puzzle
or a model builder
it's not a bad way of getting the most basic understanding of the engineering involved in cars but it's not gonna teach you to do anything irl
if a much more detailed version like world of guns but with cars existed i'd be pretty happy
Sure it has a manual instead of a tutorial, but it's so much less frustrating and more straightforward than I expected. Still neat puzzles though!
