Last night I let Summer train me some; I rarely do that because I get weird about it, but she hit me with a bunch of core and upper body stuff that is super targeted and kind of nuts. Like, I can do some crunches. But she had me sit on the edge of a bosu ball, drape my back over the length of it, and then ever so slightly contract my abdomen while reaching with one arm for the opposite knee. My entire core was on fucking fire.

Part of my DJ set tonight will be a game called Dance/Fight/Dance. I play a dance tune, tell people to dance, then after a time I'll cut the music, yell into the mic "AND NOW WE FIGHT!" and it's a free-for-all pillow fight.
I need fight music that doesn't reference death or shooting and ideally doesn't drop any F-bombs, since there may still be kids and the event is a benefit for the Orlando shooting victims and their families.
