Because I wasn't around to break a tie. When I looked and counted, I posted the counts and then You dropped the Brody vote putting premium in the lead.
Stepped away and when I came back vote was closed and another tie had been formed.
I'll be real, that comment was less a defense of MagicPrime, and more of an acceptance of RNG day 1s
in the context of the discussion of codifying phalla rules against them.
For real though, taking the short sentences of

Reads and read to me as giving MagicPrime a favourable narrative for his actions.
Which is a defense in my book.
Especially as, at the time of that posting, MagicPrime hadn't made a big show of his RNG vote, so it didn't seem to be a valid interpretation of or comment on the current situation.
This is still compounded by the actual vote switch in that post.
I don't see anything that could trigger a vote switch in AustinP's post. It is a purely factual list early in the day.
So why switch off Fry at all?
ebwop: if anyone thinks that making the vote a tie is suspicious, I would think you'd go after Egos, who was obviously aware of the situation (asked for vote count, put the vote at a 2/3 way tie depending on how you read the exact timing, asked for clarification about results of a tie, posted one more time after clarification denied indicating ze was okay with a tied vote).
I think I made the same mistake after not many Phalla's under my belt (:winky:) as MagicPrime is being voted for making. Gut says it's a convenient target for a throw-away, non-committal vote.
