This is Tube hello. From now on no full comics should be posted in this thread. It isn't fair to the creators. Please post these rules at the top of any webcomics thread.

1. A link must be provided to any comic posted
2. Any image posted alongside it cannot be the full image. It should be some sort of crop or preview. Don't be a dick about this, I am in no mood.
3. If you don't want your comic posted here, contact pgroome@penny-arcade.com and he'll make sure it doesn't

i still don't really understand the cloud factory thing. its only made weirder cause it seemed like the kind of venture that had a ton of ancillary stuff prepared for it even though the actual webcomic never reached double digit pages

I think it's easy to get overwhelmed by kickstarter success

like you don't have experience with working in such huge volumes or producing merch on that scale, and then it ends up being so time consuming it sidelines the project you actually wanted to work on

and then it becomes a velociraptor tied around your neck and you don't want anything to do with it anymore

I always felt I was so happy by myself, and I was happy. I helped collect [forbidden] data, and I collated it all, and made sure all of it got sorted into the proper channels. And that felt good to do.

The first webcomics I was ever shown were Dominic Deegan, and weird Powerpuff Girl AU stuff by a guy on Deviant Art.

Unsurprisingly, I had an extremely low opinion of web comics until my last year of college.

Did that guy go by the name "Bleedman" by any chance? 'Cause if so I understand completely.…

I think the original web "comics" that got me to Penny Arcade were the stories illustrated by Gabe that were written up for the old IGN back in the day; particularly the one about the haunted Sinistar arcade cabinet.
