Right but what if I lie and say I never got it in order to make Jpants look suspicious?

Can't you publicly confirm whether or not you have the amulet?

I don't know, I'm just explaining my understanding of the potential plan. Right now, we should be more worried about A) who we are giving the amulet too to begin with, and B) (but actually more important, so like, double A) who we are going to execute tonight.

I'm leaning towards GG for a humane day 1, but Kilnaga's insistence on the pacifist option bothers me more.

Heh. So we just need to get everyone to ask the host in turn to confirm if they have the amulet if/when it disappears.

Edit: You and your open quote tags kime.

You're right, there is a chance you are mafia, and hand the amulet to another mafia, so that you die to the vote, therefore resulting in us killing a maf and a village, but its still 1 mafia kill.

EDIT: To be clear, I'm not suggesting JPants specifically is mafia, just tired and super caffinated, and not thinking about whether or not my examples should or should not contain active players.

Does the Day 1 green vote winner have a chance to privately hand off the amulet at the beginning of Night 1?

Private transfer of the amulet is a Night Action. The person who wins the amulet vote will not have the opportunity to publicly transfer it before D2, but they could privately transfer it before any N1 kills resolve.

eta: updated OP to reflect the correct terminology (Night Action)

I am going to say that I think its interesting that when pressed to make a vote that counts, of the two no reason wagons a group of people went for the one with less total votes, i.e. not the path of least resistance.

I stand by my GG vote, but I'm willing to change to Kilnaga if it go up. I'm not talking much because there is nothing to talk about yet.

Was there a reason you changed from Kilnaga to GG? Your post just said you agreed with hi about Dresden Files. So far I haven't heard a non-grudge (essentially) reason for voting for GG.

No other reason than see if votes would move that way. It did. Not enough. back to Kilnaga, wich I like less now that is getting votes so fast, but a convition is still needed.

  • AustinP0027AustinP0027 Registered User regular
I believe that is a majority but just in case of miscounted votes, Kilnaga

Kilnaga is the vote that has some semblance of reason behind it.

And immortal this game! If you gave me the Amulet!

  • 38thDoe38thDoe lets never be stupid again wait lets always be stupid foreverRegistered User regular
Yeah. I guess that wasn't very clear. There were 3 wagons. One with reasons two for no reasons, GG and Magic.
Magic being ahead on votes is the path of least resistance, but all the new voters went for GG.

All this talk of a normal seer in a not normal game.

My guess is that almost every villager is a partial seer, able to see what a person is or, more importantly, is not on their death. Put enough of that together in the open, because no PMs, and we can hopefully at least perform a post mortem.

  • discriderdiscrider Registered User regular
    Nope. Chamberlain

The fact that you think that makes me think your power is better than mine.

You might as well tell everyone clearly. Mafia have a bunch more people, and if any one of them see it the whole group does. So you are only deluding the village now.

    Wow.

Two and a half pages later I have learned that I use commas incorrectly, have no idea who Dresden is and that I really like werewolves. In fact I would go so far as to say that I would know one when I see it. Unlike anything from Oxford.

i believe this is the relevant quote.

There may not be true death reveals but I would assume the some villagers will be able to obtain some knowledge when specific bad guys die.

    Could also be this one.

    Now I'm confused.

Anyways, hey Chamberlain, are you a seer?
