    A few miles from my apartment there is a Russian cafe

    The workers are from Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Russia; they decorate the walls with memorable paintings and posters from their home countries

    For example:

    I had the king of all panic attacks earlier. A very specific trigger that I have not dealt with apparently, as the attack featured vivid flashbacks.

    Also apparently me wailing and sobbing. Embarrassing.

    So that was pleasant.

    I am wondering what I can do to salvage the remainder of the evening.
