I never get tired of stealth mechanic comics. They're my favorite.

Huh, so according to the newspost, Mike & Jerry launched PA on my birthday (best birthday gift ever?). Don't know how I missed that all these years I've been reading the comic.

If you're curious about my icon; it's an update of the early Lego Castle theme's "Black Falcons" faction.

Another similar comic was about some kind of a game where a chain link fence stopped the character who otherwise "has the city as his plaything". I wonder if Tycho suffers when this kind of reuse is detected postfactum.

Lots of game mechanics are ridiculous if presented even semi-realistically. The core joke might be the same; it's the variations in presentation that keep it fresh.

Is it the jokes that are kinda repetitive or is it that games keep using the same ridiculous mechanics? It's like a snake eating its own tail only the tail eating is a quicktime event and in order to know the snake's entire story you need to purchase DLC sold in a confusing pre/post-pre-order package scheme.

I don't know why stealth mechanics are still an issue. They were perfected so long ago with Thief 1 and Thief 2. ;)
