dice that shit up into about 1/2 inch cubes along with diced potato and onion and a bit of thyme, fry it all up in a bit of butter in a pan, add salt and pepper to taste, now you got pyttipanna. Optionally served with a fried egg on top. Basically a kind of hash, delicious way to use up spare meat.
Put everything between two slices of bread with mayo and lettuce and you're good

I did something similar only I made pies because pie maker.
Pie maker + leftovers is always great.
Just made a crock pot full of turkey burrito meat last night. Shredded leftover turkey, green enchilada sauce, rotel, and some frozen diced green chiles left over from the Hatch harvest. It's super effective!
If I'm driving as far as Constitution, there's no power in the world that can stop me from continuing on to Kendall's. Forget your pizza.
Also, I always assumed that Family Video was a front for drug dealers or gun runners or something that actually makes money. They're really still renting movies?
I think I'm gonna make some sort of stuffed potato with the leftover mashed taters.
