That was seriously an immensely entertaining game

I was seriously questioning why I wanted to keep watching Clemson flail around trying to beat the Bama/Ref 1-2, but I am very happy I stuck around. Probably the best game of football played the whole season.

This could be the game remembered from the 2010's.

This loss is so devastating to Saban, so much so that he'll leave Alabama to come coach the 49ers.

Get those rumors started before he even hits the shower.

Should be a fun rivalry with Harbaugh's Rams

Obviously a homer but I'll never forget FSU Auburn, driving home from Sacred Heart after months of son in PICU, with a trach, get home after first quarter ended watch the rest of the game and the amazing ending. My son died that February and amongst all the terrible and awful even our priest noted at his funeral, he never had to live to see hatred and he never saw anything other than the Seminoles win. Stupid in the grand scheme of things I know but it remains comforting to me to this day and will never be forgotten.

Not a new sentiment for him.

Wouldn't paying people what they're worth be pretty much the exact opposite of entitlement?

But then the coaches might not get paid as much or have as much control over the lives of the kids and then where would they be?

Entitlement means "something you are entitled to."

It's only rightwing propaganda that has twisted it into a negative.

My brother has been awful at picks all year, but he's a Clemson homer and picked them to win.

He's been wearing his Clemson hat all day today.

Well, Dabo completed his transformation from hero to jackass pretty fast.
If you find that infuriating, you might like to know that Dabo Swinney is an anagram for Soybean Wind, which I think is fitting because he seems as pleasant as an edamame fart.

And the fact that his name is an anagram for Soybean Wind is not relevant to this discussion, but I felt it was worth mentioning because it feels like something he’d be annoyed by and would not want people to know on a wide basis, #SoybeanWind.

From a Michigan perspective so we played them most years: he put together good, very talented defenses, but his LBs were consistently completely insane with regards to play action passes. They jumped all over the run fake.

Feels like a second tier guy, not a Don Brown will pull miracles out of his ass and create a #2 nationally defense at Boston friggin' College. But definitely a solid hire who should make Nebraska a good defense. Given the right talent, could make the Blackshirts intimidating again.

Diaco also got lucky in having Manti T'eo to coach. He'll be a good DC IMO. Should be a solid hire.
