I have no clue what Barbara and Tabitha's relationship is. I mean, they act like lovers, but Barbara is only mildly put off by Tabitha seeing Butch.
This wouldn't bother me (to each his/her own, after all), except Barbara doesn't exactly have a history of sharing the affection of her love interest gracefully.
Of course, I don't know what I'm doing, wanting a consistently written female character in Gotham.
At least the episode had Victor Zsasz in it which is always a good thing.
A Victor Zsasz who was weirdly fine with not killing.
It's just a job. Do you pitch a fit when your boss cancels a random TPS report?
Zsasz' thing in the comics is that he LOVES killing. As much as possible. He believes killing is his entire purpose in life. It would have been nice if Zsasz had at least protested a little or expressed disappointment, instead of going " 'kay."

But hey, this is Gotham.
I really liked Zsasz showing up in Gordon's apartment, drinking his milk and letting him know that it's coming, but it's not personal.
This is also an early version of the character. Sets it up for the future confrontations with Batman. "Murder used to be just a job for me. Over time, I've come to view it more as art."

Considering it's now season three, it would be nice if we had gotten the tiniest hints of that, especially considering every other villain is at least well on their way to being their adult version. That scene above would have been perfect to drop a hint. But that would require careful creative planning that Gotham doesn't have.

Yeah, Zsasz is one of the few interesting characters, and they may have improved his character who was basically Carnage without the Symbiote.
Not to be the guy to keep comparing the two comic companies, but holy shit. Has no one at DC noticed that Marvel allows their characters to be used all over the place in potentially contradictory ways and that contributes to their massive success?
The actor is chewing scenery like a pro, and Maggie Geha is flailing. Not that they're giving her much to work with, besides being brainless eye candy.

I thought the latest episode was pretty good. The one minor thing that bothered me was:
When Jerome did his video monologue, I wanted it to stick with the news feed view instead of shifting from the news feed to regular camera to news feed again.

Fake edit: Yes they did!
Official trailer. Yep. Official.
I was not prepared for dumb as a bag of hammers sexy Ivy.
Is that better? Is it worse? This is Gotham.

I also think Barbara would drop Tabitha in a goddamned second if Gordon decided to start seriously date her again.
...what the hell, why not. He was a good character.
I don't think that even makes it into the top ten strangest decisions made by Gotham writers.

Or are they going to have the mutant dude age up everyone, including Bruce?

WTF Then why were they embargoed in the Arrow-verse? Is that lifted, and did the WB management using Gotham as a middle finger to them?
They did change up the guy in charge of the DCEU so maybe Geoff Johns took a look at the ban and said that's stupid.
I've heard the embargo is still in effect on Powerless.
I think things got crossed up here: It was the Squad as a concept that got pulled from TV.
Proto-Harley and Croc are coming to Gotham because of their exposure from the movie.
At least that's how I read it.
Also, calling it now:
It must have considering this season of Arrow.
