I love Rose Buddies but everything they've ever said about The Bachelor seems to be in complete opposition to the notion that the bachelor shows are fun to watch.
Once you start watching it can get pretty wild. The louisiana episode was just as good as they said, and BiP in particular is really really fun trash television. When it isn't featuring Rod that is. Daniel in particular makes great super weird beard tv.
If that stuff is considered "good" then I stand by my statement.
In the Louisiana episode, the two "wifey" contestants had a nice conversation with a ghost!
Man, that happens whenever 'reality tv' goes to Louisiana.
My car failed its MOT and I was in dire enough financial straits that scrapping it was my only option.
Then this morning I got a letter from the University announcing that I'd been awarded a £1500 bursary, and I hurredly called my stepdad to make sure he hadn't taken my car to the scrapyard yet. He hadn't.
My day was PRETTY GOOD.

i mean Dupree ALONE elevates this but then we get great character moments like Taako diving after Magnus and Merle saving them both, Magnus being possessed by Edward, the best closing one liner in TAZ history, and tons of accelerating plot stuff
I had a moment six minutes in where Della Reese vanishes and I suddenly realize what's happening! I had thought Wonderland was interfering with Merle's holy powers, from the liches or the Animus Bell since it's all about necromancy, but that ain't it
Then we see the Astral Plane later and it is stormy and dark and there's a terrible oil slick sucking Kravitz down
The Hunger is here, boys
It's already made it to the Celestial plane and had a Pan snack, it's working on the Astral, and I have to imagine Material is next
The only thing I still don't have a handle on is what the hell those tiny beings with the white eyes are, in the Ethereal plane! They're always watching, and there's more of them than ever, but whose side are they on? They can't be part of the Hunger can they??
Fuck I still can't believe this podcast only comes out every two weeks
These waits are only going to get worse from here on out too!
I mainly remember the "A New Bunny" flash cartoon being one of the first things making fun of internet edgelords. Honestly I remember them toning the "anime all over shit" down for Loonatiks not long after it came out. In a way the parody outlived the show because edgelords...edgelords never change.
