    Hey SIG

    I just wanted to say thanks for cracking down on the various politics threads without cracking down, as in locking it for a few days of time out.

    Which is deserved sometimes when the thread became totally unmanageable, I totally get it.

    But as a general lurker I really appreciate your immediate hands on approach of "This is wrong, stop doing it" in the past couple days, compared to how it has generally felt recently where a thread would get timed out for too many black marks that went unpunished. So basically what I'm saying is the new cop is my favorite cop. :P

    And I don't mean any part of this post to impugn the other mod staff, you guys do good work, and the politics threads are a bear. I just wanted to compliment something I saw.
