Det går bra, det går bra. Sola skinner nesten og polakkene på taket bråker med verktøy.
I'm glad your day is going well, and it's cool that the sun is doin' it's thing, but that last part is totally inscrutable to me
There are polish workers on the roof having trouble with their tools.
if they were having trouble with them I suspect there would be substantially less noise

My favorite franco-belgian comic is probably still Spirou.
It's about this young adult who was, at first, a hotel elevator attendant but then was reworked as a reporter, who'd go on crazy adventures with his pal, Fantasio (who, I believe, was a secondary character from a gag comic by another artist).
There were so many cool adventures: Time travel, New York mafia stories, a killer fembot, exploring a lost world in the Amazon, fighting against a weird superscientist dictator....
i loved it and I still do, even if it was a bit childish.

My favourite wild west -ish comic was one with a sergeant and corporal in the Union army who get into adventures. Can't remember the name.
There is a sci-fi fantasy viking comic called Thorgal which is godlike, that's one of my favourite ever comics.
Les Tuniques Bleues? The Bluecoats?
Yup!! Totally right
i never read those, sadly, but i hear they were pretty good.
OH MAN!
i just remembered a series of really old french comics.
Philemon.
It was about this guy who would go on the islands that spell out "Atlantic Ocean", where crazy shit happened.
I first learned of that comic when i was watching The Simpsons and Bart goes "Even in Rand McNally?" and Lisa is like "Yes, but there, they wear shoes on their hands and hamburgers eat people".
My dad saw that and was like "That's actually a comic!"
Horizon: Zero Dawn is fun but so far I am struggling to see how it's getting all these amazing/perfect reviews.
It's by no means bad and the world is pretty and well characterized and intriguing, but the gameplay itself seems pretty standard open-world stuff and there are some obvious annoyances in the game (inconsistent painting of ledge climbing paths and being unable to do new weapon challenges without selecting them are the worst so far).
I stuck spaces in the link so it wouldn't auto embed but like, jfc that makeup style just creeps me out

Noooo. A friend just booked his stag do without checking availability. No crystal maze for Mojo and those who can go are going to have to drum up some b team members to fill the slots

I should be into this. Great cast, amazing special effects, space opera, Luc Besson etc but the trailer just feels cold and empty to me.

The pictures suggest the costume designers have perfected boob armor.
A perfectly cromulent practice

"Your nipples are so big I could hang a coat on them"
Why would that person think that and then feel the need to communicate it is beyond me.
It is by far the best sport

All I want to do is go home and play more Horizon.
Like a lot.
Wait....
C means 100, no?
and K would be 1000.
Doesn't CK translate to 900?

I am using alternative latin numbering schemes.
. . .
K is not even a latin numeral after all!
I call shenanigans!

Everyone knows Sweden is made up brah
I can imagine why a person would think that. It's the communicating it that's more than a bit off.
Sweden is so fake, it's made up of smaller, faker countries.

Stag don't
Ah yes, Thorgal. The "I'm expecting softcore porn any page now" style of 70s/80s comics.
