    I like that Great Grand-daughter's cybernetics are drawn in the late 80's/early 90's Marvel style. Never really understood why they went with chrome bands molded to the shape of a natural figure; I mean, I guess it was easier for the penciler, but seems like it'd be more work for the colorist. A simple mechanical shape in a matte stainless steel color always seemed like it'd be easier.

    If you're curious about my icon; it's an update of the early Lego Castle theme's "Black Falcons" faction.

    I just checked Amazon and apparently there's like multiple IPs with multiple themes. There's at least like 10+ Escape Room Card Games out there. I'm very intrigued... wonder if there's a good breakdown of which brand is the "superior" brand (I'm gonna assume Unlock! if only because Penny Arcade is reppin' it.)

    I keep seeing this guy I know posting on facebook about live action Escape Games in a town near mine. The idea intrigues me, as I like escape room puzzles alright, and I like murder mystery parties and such. But just as the word "roleplaying" has two very different connotations, one mostly restricted to nerddom and one...not...I keep wondering if this sort of event is actually my sort of thing or something entirely different. I mean, the fact that escape rooms seem to have gained some traction in young adult culture, with people who I know for a fact would never consider sitting down to a session of D&D, worries me away from actually trying one out. When I see a local event ("local" being in a smallish city that only has one lackluster tabletop gaming store) calling itself Trapped in a Room with a Zombie, I can't really tell if this is an event where I act out cerebral puzzles about lining up matchsticks in a certain way, or some sort of bondage party.
