Session 2 of my Terminal Directive campaign, and I won the campaign. Total of 6 games played, I won 5 and the opponent won 1.
Balance thoughts (includes some late-campaign spoilers):
I still think this is way corp favored. "Win with this 3/2 agenda scored" is still a ton easier than "win with this resource scored." And then they actually improve the 3/2? Seems super unfair. Evidence collection should probably be a 4/2 with some minor bonus, like returning a couple credits when scored.
The runner catchup cards were almost completely irrelevant given that I was playing HBFA, neither of them was terribly good. I could see one of them being pretty good against a Weyland deck that has to play fair.
I peeked at the corp catchup cards, and hoooooly shit those seem massively unfair. Especially if you took Inez Delgado and catch a chance to trade them to the runner.
Corp cautions:
Tweaked my deck slightly to be able to dump my hand better, and cleared the caution I had run afoul of last time without punting a game.
Peeked at the other corp caution - that one seems super easy to clear. Especially laughable since it's pretty unlikely I would ever trigger that caution.
Stickers:
Eventually they did make a little use of the "stickering playable cards" mechanic, but I still think they could have done a lot more with it. Kinda disappointed.
Overall, enjoyed it as an excuse to get back into casual Netrunner, but a bit disappointed in untapped potential. Hope they put out some more, better campaigns. Or the fan community gets rolling on homebrew campaigns. I saw one fan campaign posted on reddit, I want to give it a try.

Oh man. I was hoping someone would do this.
Go7Gaming just announced a storage solution for Terminal Directive that stores 2,800 cards vertically.
I've been debating buying a second terminal directive (I never got to play the first campaign because I gave it up for our local Terminal Directive event, so others could enjoy), and if I do I'm so using these boxes. My current boxes hold 2,800 cards as well, but I am using a Star Wars box as a spare overflow and I'd like to go back to using Netrunner-themed boxes... and I am almost out of room on my runner side.
Yeah, just saw that announcement. Good to be able to put that giant box of air to good use.
...Oh, right, I still need to order a copy of TD. Should probably go hunting for one tonight just so I'm not waiting until the last minute before regionals.

has anyone had a chance to mess around with Alice at all?
You know, just thinking, but shouldn't it be about time for them to announce the next cycle? The first pack of a cycle is usually announced 3-4 months before it comes out. (Red Sands, for instance, was announced in October and came out in Feb.)

There's probably also some hold-over as they re-seat the designer situation. Just getting everything transitioned and whatnot.
But yes, I imagine their primary focus is elsewhere.
I also assume they've been going over that next cycle with a fine-toothed comb just to make sure we don't get a repeat of TD/Red Sands in regards to errata.

I rebirthed from Val into Alice as a means to apply HQ disruption. It worked okay, the ability to access the discarded card on that archive run did help.
Oh yeah, that reminds me, there's a thing late in the corp side of the TD campaign that seems pretty obviously in need of errata. I need to go look up whether I correctly intuited what they intended (or maybe someone who knows can look below):
The last objective for the corp involves scoring points, not stealing them, right?
eta: Found it in the official errata, yes, the obvious fix is correct

Been watching CodeMarvelous do testing on Alice, and he's been doing some real work with her, Maw, and Hacktivist Meeting to just drain the crap out of the Corp's hand for great success. Oh, you were banking on using your defensive upgrades to protect you? Well, once you've got a empty hand, they're not coming online. She seems legit?

I've been doing a bit of testing with her too. She seems good and fun against fair decks, but just kind of folds to a lot of the stuff you might see in competition. She has zero game against CI, and the Moons matchup can be OK if you get going but there are too many matches where they just win before that happens - it's rare to even have a spare click to be able to run archives. I'd like to test her against SYNC to see if the disruption impacts their ability to blow you up or not (I suspect not much), but haven't had the chance yet.

I played a frantic coding/mopus Alice deck last night
I would agree with the assertion that against the kind of fun, fair decks people take to casual nights, she's really strong
she might be competitive, but I'm not sure what that deck looks like
Program (11)
3x Datasucker(Core Set)
2x Hemorrhage(Fear and Loathing)
3x Magnum Opus(Core Set)●●●●● ●
3x Medium(Core Set)
15 influence spent (max 15, available 0)
50 cards (min 50)
Cards up to Blood and Water
I got hemorrhage installed against a foodcoats-style HB deck, and it did a lot of work, but I'm still not convinced it's worth the slots
it's obviously great in an asset spam matchup (hemorrhage+maw+your ability is.....pretty gross, especially if you're also getting temujin money somewhere in there)
otherwise it's tough to find time to drop it, and you're definitely going to run out of MU for it in most games
I'd also really like to find the room for parasites; being able to actively thin out the ice on centrals would be very nice
I was thinking about cutting the temujins for Aeneas Informants, which would also free up influence for parasites
I've got a GNK tonight. I didn't want to take my current competitive decks (Penguins CI and DLR MaxX) because we might have some newer players in attendance and I don't want to put them off. My corp deck is a terrible Making News thing that's a worse/fairer SYNC, but I'm quite looking forward to playing this steaming pile of jank runner deck:
Oh man, I just had a couple of the greatest games on j.net.
One game had me draw absolutely NO ice in my BoN deck, so I decided to go ballsy and just pitch the Government Takeover from my hand into archives, since I was holding the one Punitive I had in the deck in my hand. They ended up eventually running it after like five turns, and was poor enough for me to pop them. (Was feeding them Jacksons in remotes to keep their credit count down.)
The second was a game against a Tenma who seemed to be only running Mammon & Eater as their breakers.
And I had a couple of triple-advanced Hortums on the board.
Ended up having to fend them off from sneaky HQ attacks via Sneakdoor, and somehow The Cleaners that I had in my hand for ages was dodging them. (They had already stole a Cleaners and a Graft, so that would've been game point.) Was waiting for ages for Takeover to show up, which I was able to combo out to score from hand.
I guess I really should try to find space for a Fast Track in there somewhere, would definitely speed the deck up so I'm not wasting time waiting for a one-off card to show up.
Mass Commercialization is as sweet in the deck as I thought.
I love it when games are tense as hell, they feel so good.

Siphon Whizz, Despie Whizz and the Kate deck that makes Deus Ex a str 10 AI icebreaker that combines with E3 feedback implants seem like the ones that are the best in my local meta.
It's been a while since I went to a decent tournament, though.
I'm not sure it's possible to pick a runner deck that has good matchups against Moons, CI, SYNC and maybe AgInf plus the oddball things you have to worry about like Skorp (although I still don't rate Skorp at all).
I feel reg crim has the least bad matchups but also no strongly favoured ones. The Adjusted Matrix decks seem interesting but have polarised matchups, I think.
I'm sticking with DLR MaxX with one Vamp for CI but it's not brilliant. You need to see your Scrubbers early to keep up with Moons and if they're playing Sealed Vault you won't land a Siphon all game. But it's good against bullshit and is ok against most meta decks, and that's good enough for me.
I reckon goodstuff Andy is really strong right now. You can tech it for whatever corp stuff is more prevalent in your meta very easily, and it naturally has a far better matchup vs NBN than any of the anarch builds do. It's basically decent vs any corp across the board, and gets a lot better depending on the tech you slot for different matchups.
Good decks? Well you can play Anarch and spend 8-12 inf on criminal cards, or play Shaper and spend 8-12 inf on Anarch cards
But for real the Anarch Shell + Crim options (Siphon or Temmy J or Desperado) and the Shaper Shell + Anarch Options (Sifr/Parasite, Faust/Rumor mill, Clot lock) all seem pretty solid.

I've played a lot of siphon whizz on and off for the last few years, it's probably at the strongest it has ever been right now. This may well be why I am less keen to play it, special snowflake that I am.
I've started testing Andy and she seems okay but I'm not convinced her moon match up is that great. Even when tech heavy for the match up. I'll test more and see mind.
Desperado and Temmy whizz I think can be good against moon but I don't rate against the rest of the field.
Current Shaper stuff is a bit weird for me, I prefer more simple decks.
May be I'm not that happy with runner as it is corp favoured right now, or I just don't have anything cool.
Corp I'm much happier with, moons is good, violet moon is pretty cool too, Tennin is solid is testing and Sol is a legit tier 1.5 meta choice.

I actually was liking the Gang Sign/Maw Leela build, I think it has some legs against Moon decks just because they don't like it when you bounce the few ice they have or access cards from their hand when they've played all their assets. Less confident about its matchup in CI, though access to Strike helps and Leela turns off or makes much more difficult the "score everything in one turn" plan. I don't know that Violet Moon has enough clicks to score through Leela. No idea how it plays against AgIn, Skorprios might be a hoser but I would need to test that matchup more. Not terrible against the tag-me decks out there either.
The moon matchup is kinda tough for any ID right now, tbh, but I think Andy has some solid legs if you know what assets to target and can get some Aeneas Informants down quickly. It's just a matter of hitting the right assets, and then picking the right time to slam R&D or HQ or siphon spam them down. It's tricky, but it's doable.
Hrm. Debating if I want to try swapping out the Dedication Ceremonies for Shipment from Kaguyas in my comboBON deck. Like, I love that Dedication Ceremony turns some of the ICE on in one click... but it's annoying that it has to be on a rezzed piece of ICE. On the other hand, Shipment gets me one less counter, and they have to be on different ICE, but I can do it anytime. It combos with Mass Commercialization better, too.
Could be handier to get the rez cost of Asteroid Belt/Nebula down, too.
