I got a new apartment!!
Finally! I was third when it closed so two people dropped off or were refused.
It's built in 2012, looked pristine. 52 square meters which is just short of double what I have now. It'll be nice for my back to not sleep on a convertible couch anymore. It's south facing, which certainly is a thing here wrt getting lots of sun. Top floor of a 6 or 7 story building (I can't recall the counting scheme, you can enter the building from two different levels). Fucking yes no neighbors above praise the sun!
Instead of balcony there is a small room dedicated to a french balcony, you'll fit maybe two chairs and a shelf in that room so it'll be a dedicated reading/chill area. All windows are floor-to-ceiling maybe 240cm tall.
Space for bath tub, washing machine and dryer easily. No cellar for storage instead that's a separate space inside the apartment. It's a 2-room apartment with four actual rooms and a bathroom essentially.
