Something on frame data is also useful, since you're going to hear about frames (whether something is "plus" or "minus") all the time in fighting games.
Note that video is mostly about Street Fighter, which is heavily reliant on links, and a game like Dragonball is going to favor cancels instead, but the basic fundamental idea is the same.
In actually good news, SNK has let it be known that for the first time in a long time, they made mad bank. We are safe from pachislots!

Even if the Buu saga has a lot if missteps (not committing to Gohan as MC, the kids, Buu’s backstory and power levels) I’m a sucker for that final Kid Buu vs Gokuu fight. Also the Uub chapter. Both the manga and the anime hit me in the feels.
