    damn scos. You're really makin' me want to turn and burn on my own stuff.

    Keep the inspiration flowin'. I love the Cthulhu lookin' dude. I prefer your pencils much more than your digital stuff. (not that you're digital stuff is bad it just doesn't have the same character)

    :^: ::^:

    I think all the speedpainting and color studies might be working.

    Comments / critique while the iron is still hot very appreciated.

    I've been keeping up with my daily studies too so I'll post the law few days worth in a while.

    I think to make the mist/fog more realistic (next time), it would be a good idea to add "layers" of translucent color, rather than use a soft round brush once-over, as it looks you did. It seems hastily done, and the use of pure white for all the mist doesn't help the give it any depth or feeling or mood, etc.

    I like the atmospheric effect you have on the background-spikes on the creature, though. Well done for that :)

    There's a couple things I've noticed since I posted it that I might give a another one-over. I think I'm gonna take another stab at the fog, as it was admittedly done in haste :) I spent so much time on the creature though it seems like a crime to botch the fog up so I shall try to remedy.

    There, made the fog a bit more volumetric and hand-crafted

    Wow. I really like the surface of the thing, looks pretty much like something fossillized.

    Someone's been busy. These are really awesome, Scos. Especially the horned thing that you used the texture with.

    Inspirin', this stuff is. Ima go draw right now.

    I must say Scosglen, I like the versatility in what you can draw. And not only that, you can draw all of them well, from landscape to figures, to your "monsters". hehe :oops:

    I really like your use of color, very beautiful.
