The biggest optical illusion is the US government.

If you squint and look at it from a certain angle it almost resembles a democracy.

Well, I bought tickets to fly to from NY Glasgow to go up to glenfinnan for a friend's wedding in Scotland in May. I HATE HATE HATE traveling. It is the most stressful anxiety producing thing I can do.

I'm not sure how I'm going to survive those 6 days.

Its for the local college. Its funny because I applied for a different job in a different department and the system was great. This one, nope.

All HR departments get some fancy software for job applications, then randomly configure it in a nonsensical way, then every person involved with setting it up quits so no changes can ever be made.

life's a game that you're bound to lose / like using a hammer to pound in screws
fuck up once and you break your thumb / if you're happy at all then you're god damn dumb
that's right we're on a fucked up cruise / God is dead but at least we have booze
bad things happen, no one knows why / the sun burns out and everyone dies

It's the first thing we learn in HR School.

21st I hope you get into that industry and make some changes for good.

I feel like you're the kind of person to like, give a shit about the law and helping people.

Joking aside, I'm definitely aspiring to do good in HR. If I ever get in HR, that is.

Luckily, I'm in Canada. We have labor laws here so I have less chances of getting fired for doing the right thing.
