    I had a dream once that I was being chased by Skeletor in a construction site

    But then I realized it was a dream, so I turned into Prime from Ultraforce and punched him in the face so hard he exploded

    My dreams are a subconscious expression of my inability to affect changes in my day-to-day life. They are incredibly literal, mundane things, usually involving me at work walking around not accomplishing anything constructive. Alternately, I'm being chased through a post-apocalyptic, industrial cityscape by Giger xenomorphs. Sometimes I'm running from an army of sepia-tone marionettes who shriek in a million voices of rage.

    I saw my therapist today. I mentioned that dream I told you guys about earlier, where I got shot to death in my neighborhood. Apparently I've got some deep-seeded anger directed at myself, and I should start working on forgiving myself over stuff.

    So now I'm gonna start living it up. Starting tomorrow, I'm heading outside and grabbing the first nice titty I see, and punching my neighbor's 13-year-old son, Joey.

    That little shit is always pissing us off; shot a BB pellet through our window, and keeps making off with our sprinklers.

    I have the worst lucid dreams ever

    Like I dream I'm getting chased by a horrible lovechild of a Xenomorph and Venom Of The 90's

    then I realize "Yeah! This is a dream! I have the power here!"

    then I turn around, and this thing grabs me and slams me against the floor, and brings its dripping jaws inches from my face and hisses horribly

    and I'm completely powerless to do anything

    I'll be in a bad situation, and I'll realize it's a dream, and pull out a gun, but the gun will jam

    It's horribly depressing

    Usually I end up dragging myself awake to escape my unstoppable nightmares

    About a year ago I had one of those "being chased oh noes" dreams, but I "woke up" inside it, so it became really fun. I just started stringing together various environments from memory, ranging from museums, to people's houses I haven't been in for years, to that weird little fake house with the generated smoke that they use to teach elementary school children to escape from burning buildings. It ended up being like that weird chase sequence from Being John Malcovitch, but a lot more fun.
